Submitting a request or selecting a time does not create an appointment unless the booking system displays a confirmation or the studio confirms it directly. If online booking is unavailable, please call the studio to arrange a visit.

A deposit is required for each appointment, including consultations. The amount is shown before online payment or confirmed by the studio before a phone booking. No-shows forfeit their deposit. A consultation deposit is credited toward a treatment if you proceed after consulting; if you choose not to proceed, the consultation deposit is not refunded. Please contact the studio promptly if you need to change or cancel a visit. Any additional cancellation or rescheduling terms will be explained when your appointment is arranged.

Treatment descriptions are general and outcomes vary by person. Prices shown on the site are average estimates supplied for planning purposes and are not confirmed Glacé fees or binding offers. Your provider will review the recommended plan, final price, and any applicable terms before treatment.
